What do we believe?

WE BELIEVE that the Bible is the divinely inspired Word of God.

WE BELIEVE in one God, revealed in three persons, is Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

WE BELIEVE God is creator of the universe and created mankind in His image.

WE BELIEVE in the fall of man and that God, out of love for humanity, sent Jesus to save the world from sin.

WE BELIEVE in the virgin birth, sinless life, miraculous ministry, substitutional death of Jesus Christ, His resurrection, His ascension into heaven and His second coming to bring everyone to account for their lives.

WE BELIEVE salvation from sin is the work of God’s grace, not by any effort of man and that anyone who receives God’s free gift of salvation becomes a brand new creation.

WE BELIEVE it is the goal of every believer to become increasingly more like Jesus Christ through obedience to the Word of God and the leading of Holy Spirit.

WE BELIEVE in water baptism.

WE BELIEVE in baptism of the Holy Spirit, evident in the God-empowered spiritual gifts, designed to fulfill God’s will and purpose in our lives.

WE BELIEVE miracles are for today and so believe in supernatural healing.

WE BELIEVE that believers should regularly celebrate Holy Communion.

WE BELIEVE Christians are called to enjoy community as part of a local church.

WE BELIEVE when a Christian dies they go to be with Jesus in heaven for eternity.
